Temporary, Long-term and Permanent Employment       

     Over the past several years, S.A.S.S. has developed unique support services geared to subcontractor operations. We have worked closely with numerous contractors in a variety of capacities.

     Personnel placements have included recruitment of qualified individuals for permanent positions, placement of permanent employees following a six-week "temporary-to-hire" agreement, the placement of short-term temporary personnel and the placement of long-term personnel. The following is a brief summary of the background and services offered by S.A.S.S.

        Since incorporation in 1987, S.A.S.S. has provided thousands of personnel placements in the Indian Wells Valley, throughout California and the United States.

        S.A.S.S. prides itself on quality and professionalism in the recruitment and placement of qualified employees. Over the years numerous recruitment efforts for government contractors, small businesses and large corporations have been successfully accomplished. Contractors for the numerous government facilities in the High Desert Area have historically sought out the services of S.A.S.S. and often negotiate "teaming agreements" with S.A.S.S. as part of the pre-contract bidding negotiations.

        Staffing Alternatives and Specialized Services (S.A.S.S.) is a woman-owned, WBE certified small business whose primary function is to provide long or short-term, permanent and temporary personnel placement services. With the increased demand for professional and technical support personnel, S.A.S.S. has consistently and successfully met the needs of our growing clientele. We have established numerous avenues of technical and professional personnel resources and have the capability of meeting special security needs.
